What is included in the trip?

All ground transportation between cities, guided tours and cultural experiences, and 24/7 local support. Accommodation is not included in the base price, but we provide full assistance with booking through our network of partner OTAs and wholesale hotel room distribution systems. Flights to/from Spain, meals (unless specified), and personal expenses are not included.

How does the deposit work?

A deposit of €250 per person secures your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. You can pay the full amount at any time from your dashboard.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, your deposit becomes a non-refundable booking and administration fee that helps us maintain group viability and protect other travellers' rates. All other funds remain refundable up to the hotel cancellation deadlines (typically 30 days before departure, with increasing penalties closer to the date). If a cancellation reduces the group below the minimum size, remaining travellers may need to cover the difference or switch to a different date. We always work to find the best solution for everyone involved.

Can I customise the itinerary?

Absolutely. These are private journeys built around your preferences. Before you book, we work with you to adjust cities, pacing, and experiences. Contact us to start planning.

What happens after I pay the deposit?

You will receive an instant confirmation email with your trip details and next steps. We then begin preparing your personalised itinerary and accommodation options. Your dashboard shows all progress.

Is accommodation included?

Accommodation is not included in the trip price. We work with dynamic daily rates from third-party providers, which change constantly. You can search and book hotels directly through the itinerary for each city, or ask our team for assistance. For trips within 40 days of departure, we can sometimes offer pre-negotiated room blocks at no extra cost. After that window, we provide dedicated booking support or external search tools so you can confirm and pay separately.

Is travel insurance included?

Travel insurance is not included but we strongly recommend it. We can recommend trusted providers. Medical cover and cancellation protection are essential for peace of mind.
